Do you take insurance?
Yes. Currently, I am a provider on the following insurance panels:
Premera Blue Cross
Regence Blue Shield

Do you accept any EAP (Employee Assistance Plans)?
Yes, currently I accept the following EAP plans:

What is your fee?
My session fees range from $145- $185 for individual sessions. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made through cash, credit card, and FSA/HSA card.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes.
Do you provide services to Families and/or couples?
No, currently I only provide therapy to individuals only.
Do you provide services to children?
No, at this time I only provide services to adults 18 years of age and older.
Do you provide therapy to those outside of Washington State?
No, I am only licensed to provide therapy services to clients who are physically located in Washington State.
Do you provide Emotional Support Animal letters?
No, Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters and disability paperwork are to be completed by a Medical Doctor, Psychologist or a Psychiatrist.
What are your hours?
Sessions are booked by appointment only. Currently, I see clients Monday through Thursday. Click here to view my current hours.
Do you offer online therapy?
Due to COVID, at this time, all services are being offered virtually through a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.
What is your cancellation policy?
There will be no charge for appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance. A fee of $90.00 will be charged for appointments canceled for any reason less than 24 hours in advance. Missed/No Show appointments will be charged the full session fee of $145 for 50 minutes or $165 for 60 minutes. This fee is due before your next regular appointment.
