For my younger clients struggling to embrace their journey, to my entrepreneurial clients fighting forward to grow their businesses, to my older clients who are looking back on their legacy – my goal is the same.
My passion is to help you find your voice, rekindle your dreams, and become the best, confident version of yourself, so you can live your best life.
My name is Linsey Singleton, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
7 years prior to going into private practice, I provided brief mental health interventions for mothers during the prenatal and postpartum period. While working with women through the many challenges of motherhood, it became apparent that many suffered from childhood trauma and generational abuse that led to a lack of confidence and motivation to move forward. I recognized an extreme need to spend more time with these women to truly address deep rooted trauma in their lives, so that their full potential could be unlocked.
After pursuing the highest level of licensing I could, I opened my own private practice. Since then, I have worked with countless individuals with diverse backgrounds, ages, and life stories to help them embrace their individuality and live their best life.
In my free time, I love to travel to Mexico or anywhere with sun, warm temperatures, water, and soft sand.

Please be advised that in order for insurance to cover mental health services, you must have a mental health diagnosis and be improving their mental health through therapy. Therapy CAN'T BE solely focused on personal growth, self-esteem, and/or communication. Treatment must be deemed medically necessary, not just desired by the client.
Payment Policy
Payment for counseling sessions must be made by cash or credit card at the time of service. In order to bill insurance, services must be deemed medically-necessary. I do not provide billing services for clients or their insurance companies unless I am an in-network provider for your insurance plan. I am happy to provide you with a record of your sessions showing receipt of your payments. All fees are due at the start of each session.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule a session, that 50-minute time is held for you. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, please notify me by voice mail, e-mail, or text message at least 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment. There will be no charge for appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance. A fee of $90.00 will be charged for appointments canceled for any reason less than 24 hours in advance, and for missed appointments. Missed/No Show appointments will be charged the full session fee of $145 for 50 minutes or $165 for 60 minutes. This fee is due before your next regular appointment. After three (3) canceled or missed appointments (with or without notice) within 60 days you will be discharged from treatment.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
